Gained All-CAC honors in singles and doubles… ITA Scholar Athlete… UMW Male Scholar Athlete of the Year… VaSID All-State honors in singles and doubles… Went 20-8 in singles and 25-6 in doubles… Gaines singles wins over nationally-ranked Denison, Stevens Institute of Technology, Pomonoa-Pitzer, Cal Lutheran, Washington & Lee, Bates, Carnegie Mellon, Johns Hopkins and CNU… Doubles victories over Denison, Stevens Institute of Technology, Washington & Lee, Bates, Johns Hopkins and Trinity.

 

SOPHOMORE (2013-14)

All-CAC and all-state singles selection... Posted a team-best 20-6 singles mark... Went 21-12 in doubles play... Gained singles wins over nationally-ranked N.C. Wesleyan, Cal Lutheran, Pomona-Pitzer, Redlands, and Washington & Lee... Lost just twice in singles in the spring... Saw key doubles wins over N.C. Wesleyan and Cal Lutheran.

 

FRESHMAN (2012-13)

CAC Rookie of the Year... All-CAC accolades... Finished 17-13 in singles play, and 11-13 in doubles play... Had a 7-4 overall singles record at the number four spot... Gained wins over nationally-ranked Pomona-Pitzer, N.C. Wesleyan, Washington & Lee, and Swarthmore... Had doubles wins over foes from ranked Emory and Washington & Lee.

David Boris Lunding-Johansson is the son of Annika Lunding and Urban Johansson. Has two younger brothers, one plays tennis at Cal Lutheran… Big fan of the New England Patriots and Washington Capitals… The most important team to him is the pride of Stockholm: Djurgårdens IF… Loves skiing and scuba diving… Majoring in business and economics.
