Eliza Barcus '96
A three-time All-america swimmer, Eliza graduated as the holder of four Capital Athletic Conference and school records. At the time of her induction, she still held the conference record in the 1650 yard freestyle, with no other swimmer in school history coming within 15 seconds of her mark. Eliza capped her career by winning the 1996 CAC Women’s Swimmer of the Year award and advanced to the NCAA Championships, where she recorded All-America performances in the 500 yard freestyle, the 1650 yard freestyle, and as a member of the 800 yard freestyle relay.
