Gameday Photography
All photographers at UMW home athletic events must be approved by the Athletic Communications Office prior to being granted access. It is requested that your request be made AT LEAST two business days prior to the event. Requests made the day of the event will be granted to credentialed media members only. All other photographers will be denied.

In addition, ONLY UMW and credentialed photographers will be allowed to photograph within the playing surface at UMW athletic events. If you are traveling to UMW with a visiting team, we will need to have notice from that institution that you are their official designated photographer for that event. Otherwise, you will not be permitted onto the playing surface.

Parents and others who are not contracted photographers with either participating institutions, the conference office, or the NCAA will not be allowed onto the playing surface under any circumstances.
