The 14th ranked University of Mary Washington volleyball team defeated Gallaudet University, 25-18, 25-11, 27-25, on Wednesday evening at the Ron Rosner Arena, improving to 21-1 on the season and running their win streak to 14 straight.
Junior Rachel Hendricks led the Eagles with 13 kills against two errors in 22 attempts, while freshman Skyler Sisk added nine kills against one error in 12 attempts. Freshman Peyton Dunow added nine kills against three errors in 21 attempts, and senior Emma Olson registered four kills without an error, 44 assists, four service aces, and nine digs.
Junior Jenna Yost posted 18 digs for the Eagles, who will return to action on Friday night in Newport News, Va., facing 18th ranked Christopher Newport University at 6 p.m. and fourth-ranked Southwestern (Tx.) University at 8 p.m.
