The University of Mary Washington volleyball team has advanced to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament, and will face Case Western Reserve University on Friday in first round action at Juniata College.
The Eagles, with their best season since 1995 with 23 wins, advance to the championship for the third time in program history. The Eagles will face Case Western, who is 24-7 on the year. The winner will face either #1 ranked Juniata College or Franciscan on Saturday in the second round.
Game time has been set for 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The winner of UMW's match will play at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, with the regional championship match set for Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
