Mary Washington junior Emma Olson was honored as the CAC Volleyball Player of the Week after helping the Eagles to a pair of 3-0 wins last week against Frostburg State and Washington & Lee. Olson hit .450 for the week with 11 kills, 64 assists, 21 digs, and three block assists as the Eagles moved to 15-4 on the season.

NOTES AROUND THE CONFERENCE
Christopher Newport was ranked No. 4 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Week 4 Top-25, released last Tuesday. Mary Washington was just outside the top-25, receiving 18 votes ... Frostburg State's Naya Cheatem averaged 4.44 kills per set over five matches last week, totaling 80 kills, 35 digs and eight blocks ... Katie Stouffer led Salisbury to its first conference win of the season over St. Mary's in a 3-0 sweep. Stouffer posted 18 kills and four service aces while boasting a .486 hitting percentage ... Wesley's Tionne Graves-Brown led the Wolverines with a double-double (12k, 13d) and a pair of blocks in a 3-2 loss to York.
