The University of Mary Washington women's tennis team will open the 2017 NCAA Division III Tournament on Friday in first round action in Williamstown, Mass., against Westminster (Pa.) College. Match time has yet to be announced.
The Eagles, champions of the Capital Athletic Conference, are 19-5 on the season. Westminster enters the first round with a 12-0 overall record. The winner of UMW's match will play the winner of Carnegie Mellon and Messiah on Saturday in Williamstown.
