The University of Mary Washington women's swimming team finished in second place among ten teams at the Franklin & Marshall College Invitational on Sunday. The Eagles scored 1489 points, behind only host F&M's 1687.5.
On Sunday, Mary Zagrobelny took second in the 200 free at 2:25.86, just ahead of teammate Callie Dunham, at 2:29.80. Freshman Thalia Costanza took second in the 100 IM at 1:01.27, just ahead of teammates Carley Vaughn and Grace Nicolai. The 400 free relay took third at 3:35.51.
The Eagles will be back in action on January 11 at Salisbury.
