Kerico Competes in Day Three of NCAA Championships

Indianapolis, In.-- Amber Kerico was the lone Eagle swimmer on the women's side on Friday. Amber competed in the 100 breast on day three.

Kerico finished her 100 breast prelim, with a time of 1:07.03, good enough for 32nd place. Kerico will finish up her senior season in the 200 breast tomorrow, while fellow senior Jessica Singer will compete in the 1650 free at the IU Natatorium on Saturday. 

"I am looking forward to seeing these two seniors finish up their careers tomorrow in their best events," head coach Abby Brethauer said after the meet. 

Kerico will be seeeded 17th for the 200 breast, while Singer is seeded 19th in the 1650 free.
