Frostburg State sophomore forward ADRIA GRAHAM (Grantsville, Md./Northern Garrett) was named the CAC Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week while Mary Washington senior goal keeper TINA BREHM (Springfield, Va./Robert E. Lee) was selected as the CAC Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for Sept. 12, 2011.
Graham scored four of FSU’s five goals last week, raising her team-leading total to five goals this season, as the Bobcats topped W&J (3-1) and Capital (2-1) to improve to 5-0 this season. She had the game-winning goal in both games.
Brehm recorded 10 saves to earn a pair of shutout victories against Methodist and Alvernia. She has allowed just one goal in four matches, helping the 2009 CAC champion Eagles improve to 4-0 on this season.
