University of Mary Washington junior forward Jordan Carpenter has been named to the Virginia Sports Information Directors College Division Women's Basketball All-State Team, as announced on Tuesday.

Carpenter, one of the most efficient players in the country, ranked nationally in both field goal percentage (58.25%) and offensive rebounds (4.3 per game). She led Mary Washington to the NCAA Tournament sectional semifinals with a 24-7 record, leading the team in scoring (15.0 PPG) and rebounding (8.5 per game).

She scored double figures in 22 games, had 11 double doubles, and achieved a career high with 30 points in the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference championship game. She becomes UMW's first WBCA All-American since Brianne Comden in 2017.
