Mary Washington senior center CAROL DYE (Springfield, Va./Lake Braddock) was selected as the CAC Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for Feb. 4, 2013 after recording consecutive double doubles in two key conference contests. She had 10 points, 13 rebounds and three blocked shots in a midweek win over Salisbury, then put forth a dominating performance in Saturday’s setback against Marymount in the battle for first place. Dye had game-highs of 14 points, 15 rebounds and seven blocked shots while adding two steals and an assist against the Saints.
