The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the ninth week of the 2023 softball season.  Mary Washington's Caitlyn Burch earned C2C Pitcher of the Week honors.

PITCHER OF THE WEEK: Caitlyn Burch, Mary Washington

Junior pitcher Caitlyn Burch split her decisions this week but picked up one of the biggest wins in program history on Friday, as the Eagles topped No. 2 Christopher Newport, 2-0. Against the Captains, Burch allowed four hits in seven shutout innings, with two walks and six strikeouts.

Earlier in the week, she allowed three earned runs on five hits, with two walks and five strikeouts in a 4-2 loss at Southern Virginia.
