The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the second week of the 2022 softball season. Mary Washington sophomore Caitlyn Burch claimed C2C Pitcher of the Week honors.

Mary Washington sophomore Caitlyn Burch turned in a stellar week for the Eagles, winning both of her starts against North Carolina Wesleyan and Messiah. Burch allowed just one hit in five innings with one walk and five strikeouts at NCA Wesleyan, and then allowed just one hit in seven innings with one walk and 10 strikeouts in a 3-2 win over the Falcons on Saturday. She didn't allow an earned run for the week in 12 innings, with two walks and 15 strikeouts.
