The 24th ranked University of Mary Washington men's tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision at #11 University of Redlands on Saturday afternoon in California. The Eagles fall to 6-6 on the year.

UMW opened the play with a pair of wins in doubles, taking victories at one and three to take the team lead to singles play. The Eagles gained just one singles win, from Sam Wichlin at four.

UMW will return to action on Friday, March 15, when the Eagles visit York College and host Frostburg State University at 4:00 p.m.
