#21 UMW Men's Tennis Tops Vassar, 6-3

The 21st-ranked University of Mary Washington men's tennis team topped Vassar College, 6-3, on Saturday morning at the UMW Indoor Tennis Center, raising its record to 2-1 on the season.

After falling at one and two doubles, the Eagles found new life in singles play, winning five of six matches. Senior Will Apperson clinched the match for the Eagles with a straight set win at four singles.

The Eagles will face Case Western reserve at 3:00 today.
