The University of Mary Washington men's swimming team fell to Gettysburg College, 159-103, on Saturday afternoon in Fredericksburg, Va.
Bradley Torrington won the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:58.74. Austin Farrar took first in the 200 yard breaststroke coming in at 1:56.91. Noah Carpenter won the 400 yard IM winning by almost two seconds, with a time of 4:16.26, while also taking second in the 1000 yard freestyle and the 200 yard breaststroke.
UMW will be back in action on Saturday as they will host Southern Virginia for senior day at 12 p.m.
