UMW Swim Teams Sweep Randolph-Macon in Dual Meet
The University of Mary Washington men's and women's swimming teams swept a dual meet from Randolph-Macon College on Saturday afternoon, with the men winning, 126-71, and the women winning, 129-73. Both teams improve to 3-2 on the season.

Winners for the women included the 200 yard medley relay (Lindsay Ancellotti, Amber Kerico, Kelly Scott, Jessica Singer) at 1:54.39; Singer in the 1000 freestyle at 11:20.12; Kristen Callahan in the 400 IM at 4:53.36; Ancellotti in the 100 butterfly at 1:01.99; Scott in the 100 backstroke at 1:02.62; Alex Parrish in the 500 freestyle at 5:29.30; and Megan DeSmit in the 100 breaststroke at 1:10.35.

The men saw victories from the 200 yard medley relay (Nick Eckhoff, Peter Slattery, Billy Norfolk, Alex Anderson) at 1:39.17; Eric Phung in the 200 freestyle at 1:50.13; Anderson in the 50 freestyle at 21.98 and the 500 freestyle at 4:46.36; Norfolk in the 100 butterfly at 52.97; Mike Hudgins in the 100 freestyle at 49.78; and the 200 freestyle relay (Tom Rinaldi, Dan McGuire, Hudgins, Eckhoff) at 1:31.44.

The Eagles will return to action on January 13 when they visit St. Mary's College with Frostburg State University at 3:00 p.m.
