The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the sixth week of the 2021 men's soccer season. Mary Washington senior Jacob Kautzman claimed C2C Defensive Player of the Week honors.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Jacob Kautzman - Mary Washington

Senior Jacob Kautzman led the Mary Washington defense to a pair of shutouts this week with two different goalies. On Wednesday against Catholic in a 2-0 victory, Kautzman and the Eagle defense held the Cardinals to just four shots. In a scoreless tie against Salisbury on Saturday, Kautzman and the Eagle defense limited the Sea Gulls to no goals and six shots in 110 scoreless minutes of play.
