UMW's Mensah-Abrampah Named CAC Men's Soccer Co-Player of the Week
Mary Washington freshman midfielder DUKE MENSAH-ABRAMPAH (Gainesville, Va./Battlefield) and Stevenson junior forward TYLER KING (PARKVILLE, Md./Calvert Hall) were named the CAC Men’s Soccer Co-Players of the Week after both scored twice to lead their teams to first-round CAC playoff victories.
Mensah-Abrampah rallied the third-seeded Eagles from a 1-0 deficit in the final eight minutes of regulation, his sixth goal of the season, then tallied the game-winner in the second overtime period to lift UMW into the conference semifinals.  Mensah-Abrampah has 15 points on seven goals and an assist this season.
King started the week with a goal and an assist at Gallaudet, then registered the first two goals of the game, including the game-winner, in a CAC playoff victory over Wesley.  He has at least one point in four-straight games and has scored all of his 13 points (four goals, five assists) over the last six matches.
