Nozemack, Shipe, Keogh, Fowler Named All-Coastal Lacrosse Conference

The University of Mary Washington men's lacrosse program saw four players named to the first-ever Coastal Lacrosse Conference All-Conference Team, announced on Wednesday. Senior J.D. Nozemack and sophomore Keegan Shipe were named to the first team, while senior Garrett Keogh and freshman Jacob Fowler were named to the second team.

Nozemack rewrote UMW's record book this season, eclipsing the career records for assists (121) and points (256), and finishing second all-time with 135 goals. He broke the school points record this season, with 90 points, on 48 goals and 42 assists.

Shipe gained first team honors after leading the Eagle defense with 88 ground balls and 49 caused turnovers. He scored six goals and addd an assist for good measure.

Keogh gained second team honors at midfield after scoring 20 goals and adding 19 assists for 39 points.

Fowler gained second team honors as a faceoff specialist, as he collected 120 ground balls (third most in school history) and 195 faceoff wins, and also scored three goals and added eight assists.
