The University of Mary Washington men's golf team finished in third place among 12 schools at the Montgomery Cup in West Chester, Pa., on Saturday and Sunday. The Eagles shot a +42 (602), seven shots behind first place Allegheny College.

The Eagles were led by sophomore Robin Yu, who tied for third with a two-day score of 146. Senior Phillip Manceri tied for sixth with a 147, senior Jason Guintu tied for 12th with a 152, and junior Sebastien Bonte tied for 26th with a 157.

The Eagles will be back in action on October 14-15 when they compete in the VSGA Collegiate Invitational in Blacksburg.
