The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the second week of the 2022 men's basketball season. Mary Washington senior Da'Shawn Cook earned C2C Men's Basketball Player of the Week accolades.

Mary Washington guard Da'Shawn Cook tied for a team-high 16 points, including the 1000th of his career, as the Eagles topped #1 ranked and defending national champion Randolph-Macon on Wednesday night. Cook connected on 6-13 shots, including 2-7 three-point attempts. Cook also grabbed six rebounds, added a pair of assists, and blocked a shot in UMW's win. Cook becomes the 20th player in school history to surpass 1,000 career points.
