University of Mary Washington freshman Drew Johnson has been named as the Middle Atlantic Region Rookie of the Year by D3hoops.com. Johnson averaged 11.3 points and 4.7 rebounds per game for the Eagles this winter, and shot 45.8% from three point range.
Players were nominated for these awards by the Sports Information Directors at the various schools.
