University of Mary Washington senior Sebastien Bonte has been named to the 2020-21 Virginia Sports Information Directors College Division All-State Team, as selected by the membership. Bonte, who gained second team honors, opened his senior season by taking medalist honors at the Shenandoah University Invitational, shooting a +5 147 to lead UMW to a fifth place finish. He shot an opening round 75 in the morning, before shooting an afternoon round of 72 for his first place score. He won the event by four strokes.

Bonte finished in second place overall as the University of Mary Washington men's golf team finished sixth at the Virginia State Golf Association's Collegiate Championship the following week in Williamsburg. He finished with a -1 (107) in the 27 hole event, three strokes out of first.
