UMW Men's Golf in Fourth Place After Day One at Ted Keller Memorial

The University of Mary Washington men's golf team stands in fourth place after day one of the Ted Keller Memorial Tournament at Hanover Country Club in Ashland, Va.

Sophomore Jason Guintu led the way one day one, as he stands in second place with a 72. Freshman Sebastien Bonte is tied for fifth with a 74, followed by Philip Manceri (76), Austin Matz (83), and Ethan Kelly (84).

Franklin & Marshall College and Gettysburg College lead after day one with scores of 299. Virginia Wesleyan is third at 301, with UMW fourth at 305. There are 12 scored teams in the event, which will conclude on Tuesday with an 8:30 shotgun start.
