The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the first week of the 2022 field hockey season. Mary Washington junior  Emma Bernard earned C2C Offensive Player of the Week accolades.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Emma Bernard - Mary Washington

Bernard scored a career-high four goals and added one assist for nine points in a 6-3 victory for Mary Washington on Opening Day against Roanoke. The sophomore, who scored a hat trick against the Maroons last season in her first collegiate game, scored a pair of goals on penalty corners and two more in regular field play. Bernard led the Eagles with 13 goals last season en route to all-conference honors.
