Four Eagles Named to All-C2C Field Hockey Team

Sophomore forwards Emma Bernard (Fredericksburg, Va.) and Riley Tengwall (Grasonville, Md.), freshman midfielder Emma Boucher (Virginia Beach, Va.), and sophomore defender Annie Grace Louthan (Chesterfield, Va.) have been named to the 2021 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference all-conference field hockey team.

Bernard has scored 12 goals and three assists (27 points) in 13 contests, with four game-winning goals. She has scored hat tricks in wins over Roanoke and Virginia Wesleyan. 

Tengwall leads the Eagles with 13 goals, as well as four assists for a team-high 30 points, with a game-winning goal against Dickinson. She scored three goals against Va. Wesleyan, and has gained a point in 11 of 15 games this season.

Boucher has stepped in to the starting lineup as a freshman, and has scored three goals and three assists. She scored the game-winning goal at Catholic, and has also scored three defensive saves.

Louthan has been a key presence on the Eagle defense, starting 11 contests and making one defensive save, while providing quality defense in clearing balls from the circle and marking top opposing forwards.
