Mary Washington seniors Kathleen Namey and Carlee Budd and Christopher Newport freshman Brittan Muir were selected as the CAC Field Hockey Players of the Week for Oct. 26, 2015. Namey was chosen as the CAC Offensive Player of the Week after scoring both goals in the Eagles 2-1 victory over No. 5 Salisbury on Saturday. Muir was selected as the CAC Co-Defensive Player of the Week after anchoring the Captains' defense to a trio of victories last week, including a pair of wins over top-20 opponents. Budd was named the CAC Co-Defensive Player of the Week after recording a career-high four defensive saves in the Eagles' 2-1 win over Salisbury on Saturday.
