The University of Mary Washington field hockey team saw three players named to the 2013 National Field Hockey Coaches Association's All-South Region team, announced today. Senior Caitlin Baker and sophomore Jenna Steele were named to the first team, while sophomore Haley Kane was named to the second team.
Baker closed her brilliant career as the school's all-time leader in assists. She tallied 12 goals and 11 assists this fall, and has also been named to the All-CAC first team.
Steele, a forward, scored a team-high 15 goals and added eight assists, and Kane, a midfielder, scored 14 goals and added five assists.
