UMW Field Hockey Gains Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Academic Team Honors; Four named to Honor Roll

The University of Mary Washington field hockey team has been named to the Gladiator by SGI/National Field Hockey Coaches Association's All-Academic Team list, while four players were named to the all-academic team.

Junior Christine Downie, senior Claire Gianelle, and freshmen Haley kane and Nicole Guinn were named to the all-academic team for posting a 3.30 GPA in the fall semester. The team was honored for attaining a 3.0 team GPA in the fall.
