YORK, Pa. -- University of Mary Washington junior forward EMMA JONES (Yorktown, Va./York), Wesley College junior forward BROOKE TADLOCK (Middletown, Del./Middletown), Salisbury University senior defender JUSTIN McGRATH (Perry Hall, Md./Perry Hall), York College junior forward ALI JONES (Riva, Md./Archbishop Spalding) and Salisbury University senior outside hitter RACHEL DOWNES (Salisbury, Md./Salisbury Christian) were selected as the CAC Players of the Week for Sept. 7, 2009.


FIELD HOCKEY
University of Mary Washington junior forward EMMA JONES (Yorktown, Va./York) and Wesley College junior forward BROOKE TADLOCK (Middletown, Del./Middletown) was named the CAC Field Hockey Co-Players of the Week.
Jones banged home four goals in two games this week, including two in Saturday’s 4-3 win over eighth-ranked Lebanon Valley, just UMW’s second win against the Flying Dutchmen. She also scored twice in a one-goal season-opening loss vs. Lynchburg.
