The University of Mary Washington Equestrian team competed at Sweet Briar College with several top placings.

Both freshmen Maddy Minvielle and Caitlin Shirvinski captured first place in their respective classes for the Eagles. Maddy Minvielle captured her blue ribbon in Limit Flat while Caitlin Shirvinski secured her win in Novice Flat. Freshman Adrianna Brame earned two second place ribbons in both her Limit Fences and Limit Flat classes. Senior Mary Margaret Burns soared into third place in her Novice Flat class.

The next show for the Eagles will be at home at Hazelwild Farm this weekend, February 15th. This show will be the last show for the Eagles in regular season competition and everyone is welcome to come out to the farm to support their Eagles!
