The University of Mary Washington Riding team competed at Virginia Commonwealth University with several top placings.

Highlights include senior Julianna Ianuzi starting the day off strong for the Eagles with a second place finish in Open Flat followed by junior Maggie Lebor securing second place in Open Fences. Senior Megan Mahoney jumped into third place in Intermediate fences and junior Erin Gray earned second place in Limit Flat.

This was the last show of the semester for the UMW Riding team, but they will continue to show in the Spring semester with an opening show weekend held on February 8th and 9th hosted by Liberty University and Sweet Briar College.
