The University of Mary Washington riding team kicked off the 2012-13 regular season show schedule with a second place finish at Goucher College on Sunday.

Winners for the Eagles included Elicia Franchini in walk-trot, Kimberly Counts and Alyssa Zarzecki in novice on the flat, and Mackenzie Walsh and Jack Charlton in novice over fences.

The Eagles will return to Goucher for their next show on October 27.
