UMW Riding Team Places Third at Zone Championships; Hill and Moore to Advance to IHSA National Show

The University of Mary Washington riding team finished third at the Zone Championship show on Sunday at Bridgewater College. The Eagles finished with 37 points, behind host Bridgewater's 42 points and St. Andrews' 41 points. Eagle riders Brittany Hill and Isabel Moore will advance to the IHSA National Show, as Hill will compete for the Caccione Cup, and Moore will compete in walk-trot-canter. The IHSA National show will be held on May 4, 2011.
