The incoming weaher on Wednesday has postponed the slate of games for UMW Athletics.

Wednesday's (April 3) baseball game against Stevenson has been postponed due to incoming inclement weather, the team announced on Tuesday evening. The two programs are looking to make-up the game at a date to be determined later.

With the postponement, the Eagles are next in action at No. 18 Christopher Newport for their second conference matchup on Saturday. UMW is off to an 18-6 start and is 1-0 in the Coast-to-Coast Conference after its 11-9 victory over Salisbury on Saturday.

The softball team also postponed its matchup at Virginia Wesleyan on Wednesday and plans to make-up the doubleheader on Thursday in Virginia Beach, Va. First pitch is set for 2:30 p.m.

Women's lacrosse has postponed its Wednesday game against York College to Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
