Usually, when we step out onto the pitch every week our inspiration to win is winning itself. When we get to lace up knowing that this one is for Wesley… everything is different. Wesley inspires us to push harder than we normally do, Wesley wouldn’t give up in the 92^nd minute when the game is on the line, so neither will we. Our goal for the win for Wesley game is to try to embody even a fraction of the courage and strength that he shows on a regular basis. We want to show him our support and that we are unbelievably grateful to have Wesley Berry as a teammate.
