The 22nd ranked University of Mary Washington men's tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision at fifth ranked Trinity Univeristy on Saturday evening in San Antonio, Texas. The Eagles slip to 7-3 on the season.
In doubles, the Eagles gained one point at one, as Moses Hutchison and Andrew Watson scored an 8-5 win over Christian Settles and Cameron Krimbill. Singles wins from the Eagles came at three with Watson defeating Settles (ranked 40th nationally), 3-6, 6-4, 6-3, and from Cole Tecce at four, 6-7, 4-4 (ret.) over WIlson Hamilton.
UMW will be back in action again on Friday when the Eagles host Christopher Newport University at 3:30 p.m.
