The University of Mary Washington men's swimming team completed the first full day of competition at the Metro Swimming Conference Championships in New Brunswick, New Jersey, on Friday.

The 200 freestyle relay team of Kai Green, Will Burkley, Darl Everett and Ellis Winfree opened the night with a third place finish at 1:24.01. The Eagles closed the night with a fourth place finish in the 400 yard medley relay, as Paul Datovech, Stephen Wallach, Larry Almariento, and Burkley finished with a time of 3:28.87.

The Championships will continue through the weekend.
