Senior men's lacrosse attacker J.D. Nozemack has been named as the B101.5/UMW Male Student-Athlete of the Month for March.

Nozemack continued to climb the UMW record books last month, reaching 150 career points in just his second full season of action (28 games). In March, Nozemack scored 27 goals and added 24 assists for 51 points in just seven games (7.3 PPG). He averaged 3.9 goals and 3.4 assists per game, and punctuated the month with five goals and four assists on March 30 against Roanoke.

Nozemack currently leads the nation in assists, with 33, and ranks third in all of NCAA Division III in assists and points per game, and ninth in goals per game. He was named as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week this past week after scoring 15 points in two Eagle contests.
