The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the sixth week of the 2022 men's basketball season. Mary Washington senior forward Greg Rowson earned C2C Men's Basketball Player of the Week accolades.

MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Greg Rowson - Mary Washington

Senior forward Greg Rowson averaged 21.5 points per game in a pair of victories for #23 Mary Washington this week. He netted 22 points as the Eagles topped Averett University, 65-46, making 8-13 shots, adding five rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a blocked shot. He then scored 21 points, including 14 in the second half, as the Eagles came from behind to top Randolph, 74-67, on Saturday. He added seven rebounds, two steals, and a block against the Wildcats. For the week, he shot 56% from the field (14-25), making three 3-point shots and 12-17 free throws, and averaged six rebounds per contest.
