The University of Mary Washington baseball team was picked third in the 2023 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches Poll, released on Wednesday.

The Eagles will look to challenge again in 2023 with the return of All-C2C standouts Bobby Ayscue, Ty Lowe, Brendan McComber, Noah Roots, and Jonathan Sedmak, as well as C2C Rookie of the Year Jacob Christenbury. Head coach Kelly Swiney welcomes 17 new players to the roster in his fourth season in Fredericksburg.

UMW will kick off the season on Saturday, February 18 with an 11:00 a.m. doubleheader against Mount St. Mary College (NY) at V. Earl Dickinson Stadium.
