Sea Gull Stadium is home to the SU field hockey, football, men's and women's lacrosse teams. The stadium was originally built in 1980, with a seating capacity of 2,500 spectators and has undergone two major upgrades.

The stadium received a new playing surface in the summer of 2007 when A-Turf replaced the grass field. Along with a new surface, lights were installed in the fall of 2007. The installed lights allowed the teams to play night games and practices throughout the year, offering ease in scheduling.

The football team played the first game on the new field on Sept. 1, 2007, defeating Albright College, 42-0. The following day, the field hockey team made its official debut in the stadium with a 5-1 victory over Capital Athletic Conference foe St. Mary's (Md.) College. The first night game occurred on Oct. 9, 2007, as the field hockey team defeated Hood College, 11-0.

The new playing surface allowed the men's and women's soccer programs to play games in the stadium when there are poor playing conditions at the SU Soccer Complex.

Beginning in the winter of 2014-15 a major redesign of Sea Gull Stadium began. The process took just over a year, and the ribbon was cut on the "new" Sea Gull Stadium on April 7, 2016. The new facility houses 12-month locker rooms for each of the four teams which call the site home. Along with spaces for the teams, the facility houses a visiting team locker room and two referees' locker rooms. On the ground floor, the concourse has a full-service concession stand, a retail store for merchandise, and restroom facilities.

On the second floor, the stadium features an athletic training clinic and a conference room for teams to watch game film, use as a meeting space, an area for NCAA tournament meetings, and post-game press conferences.

Five suites, including a Presidential Suite, are located on the third floor.

The fourth floor houses the Draper Holdings Communications Center, which will feature coaching booths for home and visiting teams, radio booths for home and visiting radio crews, a game operations booth, media booth, and a video booth which serves as the home to the Sea Gull Sports Network (SGSN).

Donnie Williams Sea Gull Baseball Stadium is the home of the Salisbury University baseball team. The new facility opened in the spring of 2018 and was renamed after SU alumnus Donnie Williams in 2022. The playing surface is entirely made of FieldTurf, except for the dirt pitching mound. The new field allows for fewer rainouts and delays due to the quick-drying nature of FieldTurf.

The Sea Gull Baseball Field features a wraparound grandstand that includes a chairback section directly behind home plate for optimal views. The stadium also features an inning-by-inning LED scoreboard, batting cages, press box, permanent ticket booths, and large, heated dugouts.

The stadium has hosted the NCAA Division III Tournament on two occasions: the 2019 Salisbury Regional and the 2022 Salisbury Super Regional.

Margie Knight Sea Gull Softball Stadium opened in March 2017 with a sellout crowd of 500, including nearly 100 alumni of the program as players, coaches and support staff who were on hand to throw out ceremonial first pitches. The stadium was renamed in honor of longtime head coach, Margie Knight, in May 2023.

The Sea Gulls won the stadium's first game with late-game heroics with a three-run home run in the sixth inning to push Salisbury to a 5-3 win against Clarkson University.

Sea Gull Softball Stadium features seating for 500, a permanent ticket booth and bathrooms, as well as seating area wireless internet access for fans. The playing surface features a clay infield and artificial turf outfield, along with large, heated dugouts.

Other amenities include a press box, four batting cages and a conveniently located home and visiting bullpen.
