JUNIOR (2019)
Took 17th in the UMW Opener... Placed 23rd at the Hornet Harrier... Finished fourth in the UMW Invitational... Placed 14th at the CAC Championships with a time of 28:13.44... Finished 36th at the NCAA Regional Meet. 

SOPHOMORE (2018)
CAC All-Academic Team... Placed 31st in the UMW Opener… Finished 20th in the 6k at the Shenandoah Invitational… Took 66th at the CAC Championships with a time of 29:57.3.

FRESHMAN (2017)
CAC All-Academic Team... Finished 28th at 28:47 in the Stevenson Invitational... Placed 50th in the CAC Championships with a time of 28:01.

HIGH SCHOOL
Ran cross country and track at Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, VA. Third place in conference 3200m.
