JUNIOR (2019)
First team All-CAC... Placed sixth in the UMW Opener... Finished third at the Catholic Invitational... Took fifth at the Shenandoah Hornet Harrier... Finished 67th at the Rowan Border Battle... Placed seventh at the CAC Championships with a time of 25:33.95... Took 19th at the NCAA Regional Meet. 

SOPHOMORE (2018)
CAC All-Academic Team... Placed 10th in the UMW Opener… Finished 11th in the 5k at the Shenandoah Invitational… Took 17th at the CAC Championships with a time of 25:12.9… Finished 43rd at the NCAA Regional Meet.

FRESHMAN (2017)
Finished in 5th place at the UMW Opener with a time of 15:20... Top finisher for UMW at the Stevenson Invitational at 12th place... Took 53rd at 25:07 in the Dickinson Invitational... Placed 19th at the CAC Championships with a time of 24:50.

HIGH SCHOOL
Ran cross country and track at Riverbend High School in Fredericksburg, VA. Captain of Cross Country team… Won indoor conference meet… Holds school record in indoor track for the 1600m Steeple chase… Holds school records in outdoor track for 4x800 Relay and the 5k Steeple Chase.

 PERSONAL
Ashley Ann Applegate is the daughter of Sean and Wendy Applegate. She loves baking desserts and reading books in her hammock… Enjoys longboarding and hiking... Helped build her hot rod with her Grandfather… Business Administration major.
