University of Mary Washington junior Savannah Powers was named to the 2018 Virginia Sports Information Directors' College Division All-State Team, as announced on Friday.
Powers, an American Volleyball Coaches Association honorable mention All-America selection, led the Eagles to the second round of the NCAA Tournament, posting team highs with 289 kills and 2.51 kills per game. She added 200 digs, 45 service aces, and 37 total blocks this season. She has previously been named as the Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Year and a first team AVCA all-region selection.
