Juniors claire Coleman and Lauren Quinn and sophomore Abby Moghtader competed on day one of the NCAA Division III Singles and Doubles Championships on Friday in Chattanooga, Tenn. In singles play in the morning, Coleman fell to Ginger Valentine of Gustavus Adolphus and Moghtader dropped a match to third seeded Erika Eckstrand of Williams by identical 7-5, 6-2 margins. 

In afternoon play, Moghtader and Quinn fell to Zoe Bennett and Jenny Tian of Williams, 7-6 (3), 6-3.
