The University of Mary Washington women's tennis team dropped a 4-3 decision at Division I George Mason University on Friday afternoon. The Eagles slip to 1-1 on the season.
The highlights for the Eagles came in singles play, as Claire Coleman won a third set super breaker, 10-2, at two, Lauren Quinn won a third set super breaker, 10-7, at three, and Rachel Cooper won in straight sets at five.
Hana Kimmey and Olivia Moore won their match at three doubles, 6-2.
The Eagles will return to action on Sunday, when they visit North Carolina Wesleyan College at 1:00 p.m.
