The University of Mary Washington women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision at the University of Richmond on Saturday afternoon in their lone dual match of the fall on Saturday afternoon. 

In doubles, the Spiders gained the point with a sweep of all three matches. Singles play saw UMW number one Rachel Summers battle through three sets, falling in a tiebreaker in the third, 6-0, 4-6, 11-9.

The Eagles will close the fall season on October 4-6 as they visit the Naval Academy Invitational.
